Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping to a selection of countries. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


International Shipping

We currently ship to a selection of countries. At checkout, you can confirm whether your country is eligible for delivery. We are unable to ship to destinations not listed.

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

Our printing associates take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally issues can arise during transit. Here's what to do:

  • Lost orders: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few additional business days before reaching out, as carriers can experience unexpected delays, particularly for international shipments.
